Headshot Emma Creighton

Emma Creighton's professional focus is helping organizations transform their data into accessible and useful information for guiding decisions. She works in Excel, PowerBI, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, R, and ArcGIS to sift through rows and columns to reveal a snapshot of the big picture. Data contains tremendous power, but only if it is organized, concise, and comprehensible. Emma makes that happen, working with teams from a range of cultures, educational experiences, and visions for the future.

Emma earned her undergraduate in Middle Eastern Studies from Tufts University and her masters in Gender Analysis and Analysis, Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for International Organizations from the Fletcher School. She spent a decade as a professional racing sailor prior to moving to the NGO sector. She has sailed across the Atlantic Ocean alone, taught SCUBA diving, lived and worked in more than a dozen countries, and grows her own tomatoes. When she is not working or gardening she is often on her bike, at the gym, in the water, or wandering in the woods looking for creatures.
